Invitation to Submit Proposals/Quotation for Accreditation: Carbonated and Non-Carbonated Drinks

°Õ³ó±ðÌýÀ¶Ý®ÊÓƵ (PUP), through the Resource Generation Office (RGO), invites interested and qualified providers to submit proposals/quotations for the accreditation and supply of carbonated and non-carbonated drinks to be distributed in various concessionaire locations, canteens in À¶Ý®ÊÓƵSta. Mesa, Manila and Satellite Campuses.

The selected provider shall be responsible for supplying and delivering high-quality carbonated and non-carbonated beverages to support the needs of students, faculty, staff, and institutional operations. The required services include:

1. Supply and Delivery of Beverages
   1. Carbonated and non-carbonated drinks, including but not limited to:
      • Soft drinks
      • Juices
      • Iced teas
      • Energy drinks
      • Sports drinks
      • Flavored water
   2. Various packaging options (e.g., bottles, cans, tetra packs)
   3. Regular and emergency delivery services to designated locations
2. Equipment and Maintenance (if applicable)
   1. Provision of coolers, refrigerators, or vending machines (if required)
   2. Regular servicing and maintenance of provided equipment
   3. Immediate response to maintenance requests
3. Quality Assurance:
   1. Compliance with national health and safety regulations
   2. Regular quality testing and certification of products

Interested providers must submit clear copy of the following documentary requirements:

• Business Permit;
• DTI Registration Certificate for sole proprietorship, SEC Registration for partnership and corporation, or Certificate of Registration (COR) for cooperatives Location map of the business establishment;
• Tax Clearance/ BIR Registration Certificate;
• Sanitary Permit;
• Product Registration and Certification from Food and Drug Administration (FDA);
• Bank Certification (attesting good financial standing) and latest financial statement issued by a CPA;
• Location Map of the Business Establishment;
• Two (2) valid government-issued ID of the registered business owner/s;
• Notarized sworn statement that the service provider is not blacklisted or barred from any transaction with the government or any of its agencies, offices, corporations, or Local Government Units (LGUs);
• Latest audited financial statement; and
• Other pertinent detailed proposal/documents relative to operation including the following information:?
  1. Company Profile:
     • Background and experience in providing carbonated and non-carbonated drinks
     • Relevant certifications and accreditations
     • References from previous clients
  2. Service Offering and Specifications:
     • Types, brands and specifications of beverages provided
     • Packaging options and sizes
     • Delivery and maintenance schedules
  3. Pricing Structure:
     • Detailed pricing for each product and packaging option
     • Any additional costs (e.g., delivery charges, equipment rental)
     • Payment terms and conditions
  4. Quality Assurance and Certifications:
     • Description of quality assurance processes
     • Copies of relevant certifications and recent quality test results?
  5. Customer Support:
     • Contact details for the service team
     • Emergency contact information
  6. Sustainability Practices:
     • Eco-friendly initiatives in packaging, distribution and waste reduction

These Terms of Reference outlines the requirements and responsibilities for the provision of carbo/non-carbonated beverages by the selected provider in various concessionaire locations, canteens in À¶Ý®ÊÓƵSta. Mesa, Manila and Satellite Campuses.

Submission Guidelines:

´¡±ô±ôÌýProposals/Letter of Intent, Quotations, and Portfolios must be sealed separately and submitted on or before 30 April 2025 to:
